Local Pickup only. We do not ship. You have 7 days to pickup your lots. Account will be deactivated for failure to pay/pickup. $10 per day per lot storage fee will be applied to any invoice if picked up after seven days. If a lot has to be re-auctioned for failure to pay there will be a $100 fee per lot to have account reopened. Any lot paid for and not picked up within seven days will be considered abandoned and resold with no refund.
